The Victim's Advocates dedicate their time to being there for those who are sometimes going through the worst times of their lives. The following is a list of some of what they provide for Linn County residents:

~ Assistance completing Orders of Protection applications

~Providing information and support to victims throughout the court process.

~Act as a liaison between the victims and the Prosecutor's office.

~Supporting victims and their families.

~Providing resources such as counseling and Crime Victim's Compensation referrals.

~24 / 7 victim support.

The Victim's Advocates work hand in hand with the Prosecutor's Office to support the victims and advocate for their safety and the safety of the community. They believe the victims are our greatest source of strength and pride. They strive to make sure every victim's voice is heard.
