Board Bill Services
As dictated by RSMo 221.070 and RSMo 221.120, the burden to pay for the costs of imprisonment, including medical and prescription fees, falls on the inmate.
If you have been incarcerated due to Linn County charges, you are obligated to pay those expenses to the Linn County Sheriff's Office.
After your release, you should immediately contact the Linn County Sheriff's Office to obtain your bill and make payment arrangements. Payment plans are available.
