2024 1st Quarter

2024 has been a busy year so far for the Linn County Sheriff's Office. The deputies have been out doing their best to uphold the LCSO mission of enhancing the quality of life for all members of the community by providing exceptional law enforcement services. Our goal is to provide a sense of security to our community and its citizens through dedicated, respectful, and progressive service.

During the first quarter the Linn County deputies covered 82,841 miles while out on patrol. They responded to a total of 1,268 calls for service, issued a total of 142 citations, served 294 documents for civil process service, and worked 93 cases.

We will continue to strive for excellence in service to our community and to the citizens of Linn County.
